Open a new file. File > New > Ok
Select Custom Shape Tool.
Go to shape options in top right corner and choose Circle Frame shape. If you don't get it you have to load it from Shapes.
Go to Shape Tool options at top corner, select Fill: black color and Stroke: None.
Press and hold Shift + Alt key and draw a circle. The circle will be created in a new layer- Shape 1 layer.
Click right button on Shape 1 layer then click Blending Options. A Layer Style window box will appear.
Tick mark ☑ Gradient Overlay. Set- Style: Angle
Click on Gradient color. A Gradient Editor window box will appear. Click on different arrow to apply color effect. Click Color to choose color. This is a critical part. You can apply different color mix of gradient color here. So, once you are done with color setup, click OK.
Tick mark ☑ Inner Glow.
Click on the color color and choose a white color from the Color Picker (Inner Glow Color) window box.
Set- Blend Mode: Overlay
Opacity: 100%
Choke: 5
Size: 32px
Contour: Cone
Click OK
Click on Create Video Timeline button.
At timeline, expand the Shape 1 layer.
From the below options. click on the clock icon beside Style. A arrow key will be added at 0 frame of the timeline.
Move the time indicator line to 15 frame.
At Shape 1 layer, double click on Gradient Overlay.
A Layer Style window box will appear. Change Angle: -89° (minus eighty nine degree) and click Ok.
Move the time indicator line to 01:00 frame
Again at Shape 1 layer, double click on Gradient Overlay.
Change Angle: 92° and click OK.
Move the finish time indicator line to 01:00 frame
Click play on timeline. Now the circle is loading.
You can also select Loop Playback to continue play from timeline option.
