How to change eye color

First open a image file. File > Open > image.jpg- Open

Click on New Layer from Layers. (or go to Layer > New > Layer)

Set Foreground color blue. This will be eye color.

Select the Brush Tool.

Select Layer 1 layer then go to image and click and drag around the eye circle areas to apply color. You can also Zoom In/Out and increase/decrease mouse size to apply color correctly.

 

At Layer 1 layer, select Soft Light from drop down option.

 

Click Create new fill or adjustment layer.

Then click Hue/Saturation

Click- This adjustment affects all layers below (click to clip to layers)

You can apply different colors into the selected areas around the eye circle by changing Hue level.
